Ladies jacket, size 8, Newport News, excellent condition

This is a lovely light weight dress jacket. What stands out is the many design details of this jacket: the beautiful bow, the pleats in the front, the buttons etc. The color is beautiful black. The pictures don’t capture the true black this is. It’s not light black or gray.
