Ladies EUC, Zoey Beth, Military Style Mini Skirt, Army Green, Size Medium, 97% Cotton 3% Spandex, the front has a zipper and 2 enclosures at the top, the sides can be worn straight down or they can be worn scrunched up (see photos), both sides have the ability to scrunch up. This is a versatile skirt, could be dressed up and worn to the office or worn in 'scrunched up' style on a casual outing. The skirt does have some stretch to it.

@beachbum217 Approx: Top of waist band to bottom of skirt is 15 1/2 in, width under waistband is 16 in, width across bottom is 19 1/2 in, then you can pull the sides up farther & tie them. It’s Cotton & Spandex material so there is stretch to the skirt.
