Ladies Rain/Wind jacket

Bimini Bay Outfitters light blue jacket easily survived an Alaskan cruise! It’s marked as XS but I’m a medium so it runs big with adjustable toggles & Velcro. Also the hood is adjustable. I wore it over a sweatshirt so layers well and packs very light.
