Ladies NWT two 2 bras

Ladies, New bras 2 One is beige, and the other one is pink They have never been worn they do not fit me. They are too small and my size is 44D. They buttoned up the front so they are easy to put on. I gave the measurements in the picture and all I can say is there approximately equal to a 44D but the size on the inside tag I do not know what that means. I purchased them through a mail order because they look like they would be easy and comfortable.
