Ladies Lapel Long Sleeve Single Breasted Maxi Dress with Black Belt

Brand new! Never worn. Tag still attached. Size: L. There isn't a fabric tag and the manufacturer simply states "fabric blend" which really annoys me. If I had to guess I would say it's mostly cotton with a small percentage of polyester. The fabric is totally opaque (no transparency) and has a nice heft. It is not as flowy and silky-looking as it is in the photo. If you iron it well it would look like the photo. This fabric is not like some cheap polyester fabrics. The fabric is high-quality. The black belt is included and is still in the packaging. I absolutely love this dress, but the waist was just too small for me. (My tummy is 36" and I should've gone by the size chart better.)
