misodandy Do you know if these run small or are true to size? How many inches is the size 4 buttoned measuring across breast area?

tamaraalzayat @misodandy yes they run true to size, the first picture ( with no face) is me wearing the size small and I weight 130 pounds and my height is 5'7. L: 26" B: 38" W: 32" these are the measurements

tamaraalzayat @misodandy they are not numbered nor sized in that way, it just says small, medium and large, i usually wear size 2 and I am wearing a size small in this picture, I would recommend a medium if your size is 4 :)
