It's lace, or crocheted, and rather see-through. Worn for a "Women's Wear Daily" fashion shoot and then stored in a bin. The designer was sponsored in 1997 by Cotton Incorporated and, as such, the garment is made of cotton. Absolutely precious. Classic Anna Huling. In excellent condition. My wife Anna Huling, who died in 2024, designed a signature line out of Los Angeles from 1994 to 2004 and then designed lingerie for Honeydew Intimates and streetwear for Material Girl.
