Lace and floral set with head piece

Bought from boutique, no brand, size listed as small. Ruby wore it around 9 months. Super cute flowy white tank with lace, floral bottoms with matching headband. Only thing I see wrong with it is a small reddish spot on edge of lace. Haven’t tried to treat as I just found it, see picture.
