Lace Up Booties (not apart of bogo sale)

White lace up sandal heeled booties. Zipper closure at back. I bought these for a bridal event but ended up using different shoes. I did try these on but never worn out, only in my house. These are brand new. Last 2 photos show what must be glue? They were like this when I received the shoes. Size 6.5. Heel height: 4.5"
