Basically new. I only wore it once. Nude lining. the sleeves and collar area are not lined. I added ribbon to the bottem of the dress because it was too revealing for me to wear with out lining on the bottom. see pics.
Dress comes with a navy bow belt that I added from another dress I owned. great fit and very flattering on the body.
