Lace Skirt

Don't remember brand, possibly a Target brand, only worn a few times. Tag in photo shows material. It is off white with nice scalloped, lace detail visable at the hem that hangs about 2.5 inches past sewn in lining. This skirt has stretch to it. Tag with size was cut out but I had to pick a size so I chose M. Please take note of measurements: Waist to lace hem 18.5 inches; waist to lining hem 15.5 inches; Waist 17 inches; Hips, there is a bit of gathering from the elastic waist, 20 inches.
