This is a fancier dress with a cream lace top and black attached overall type skirt. It is about mid thigh length on me (I’m 5’5”) and it features a cross over on the back with a black bow. The top also features bell sleeves. The top is see through so a camisole is suggested. It is brand new never worn with the tags. Also not stretchy, size small.
