Quick question—I’ve never heard of a size 9 skirt. Is that like an 8? A medium? Thanks.

It is equivalent to a 10Y. I measured the waist and it is 28". It's a gorgeous set and the top also looks awesome with jeans. I loved wearing it but have way too many clothes so I am purging my closet. I will be putting more online so if there is something specific or a certain style or color you are looking for, let me know.
