Cute lace dress. It is a sheath style with the bands at the waist as pictured. These can be worn casual or formal. I have 2 of these. 1 is ivory in a size 8 and the other is black in a size 2. They both are made by Savoire Faire. They have a scalloped lace hem and are new and may or may not have been tried on in the store.
