Lace & Beads tulle off-the-shoulder corset mini dress

The chest has a smooth rubber edge inside the fabric at the top, to provide grip as it is strapless. It has stretch in the waist and collar, although it does have a zipper in the side for easier in and out. It was a final sale item when I bought it, so they won’t let me exchange for a smaller size like I need. I love this dress so much I will be buying it ANOTHER size down, hoping it’ll fit. (Edit: it does!) Otherwise, this one is completely new, never worn. Lace & Beads tags still attached as well.
