New and unopened. This eye cream is made in France and helps reduce signs of fatigue, dark circles, puffiness, and wrinkles. It contains peptides and hyaluronic acid to moisturize and smooth the eye area. I personally love this eye cream, but bought too many to use up myself considering I like others as well. I do like to keep a travel size of this in my makeup bag in case my under eyes are a little too dry. My makeup always sits great on top of it. It absorbs nicely while keeping the area hydrated. This one is a little older, and is priced accordingly.
