Super flattering, ruffled & embroidered mini dress with elastic waistband! Color is ivory, not a true white. PLEASE REVIEW PHOTOS FOR CONDITION. This dress has had a lot of love and wear and there is a bit of damage. There is a small tear at the waistband.
