columbiaxpress hello. there I purchased 3 of these eye creams and 2 of eye creams in green box the eye concentrate from you so far and very satisfied but one of Gennaissamce eye cream I just opened which was sealed is half full and dried up. messy around the lid part and looks like leaked or something. can you replace this one? I can send you pictures of this eye cream. I plan to purchase more of these from you and hoping this doesn't happen again which I don't find your fault or anything. let me know
