This dress is preowned and in really good condition. It does have a tiny tear on the inside fabric where the pad of bra area is but this will not affect wearing it. There is also a few very tiny spots on the back that looks like very small pen marks. I believe it may be missing a belt but a new one could be matched with it easily. It would make a very cute little beach party dress.
