La Rok black strapless banded mini dress

Black strapless banded minidress with sequin and tulle detail on the front left below the chest. There's zig zagged bands running along the length of the dress alternating between netted fabric and cotton. The back of the dress has a cut-out at the top and two thick elastic bands strapping it together. This dress is form fitting throughout. Has never been worn. Shell: 93% cotton 7% Lycra. Lining: 100% polyester.
