La Philipe Convertible Shoulder Bag / Backpack.

Black and brown faux leather shoulder bag / backpack with belt and buckle accent. Back zipper pocket. Interior has two compartments with one zipper pocketed and one slip pocket. Barely used, but has one wear spot on inside of flap. Flap closes with a magnetic snap.
