La Chocole Sleeveless Black and Grey Ruffle Dress - XS

Brazilian brand La Chocole sophisticated sleeveless dress. One piece which looks like a top and skirt. The blouse top is black with multiple ruffled layers, buttons up high on the neck. Soft and lightweight. The bottom is thicker black and grey striped fabric with pleats and an attached "belt" with buttons. Has a hidden zipper under the left arm down through the skirt which allows you to get it on and then zip it up for a fitted, tailored look. Two side pockets large enough for your hand. Classy and feminine. Fabric/size tag is present but unreadable. Measurements are as follows. I would say it's XXS - XS Pit to pit, flat - 18" Waist - 11.5" (does not stretch) Skirt length from waist - 19" Overall length from shoulder seam to bottom hem - 36"
