Stylish and comfortable blue swim skirt perfect for beach outings. Enjoy a flattering fit with a playful ruffle design. New with tags and has hygienic liner in tact. Free of stains, holes and rips. Just tried on but never worn. See pics for measurements. It was hard to capture the true color of the skirt. In my opinion, it closer to the pics with the up close of the tags.
