La Belle Black Flared Sleeve Blouse

Elegant shear black La Belle vintage 90's blouse with flared sleeves. It looks straight out of a movie. Everything about it screams festival / party / nightlife. It's giving the Hex Girls from Scooby Doo. It is a size 5 on the tag. I would also say it can be categorized as a size small.
