igotaguy3 @armstre1 very simple I’ve done it before for a buyer. You scroll down to the very bottom of the sale message you received and click on I think it says “need help” There you will find an option to cancel.

igotaguy3 Im begging you lol I can’t place another order until this one is canceled I messaged you within a minute of the screw up. What are you waiting for posh to say? There is no penalty’s for canceling. Go to problem/ inquiry and it says cancel order. Very simple. I understand you wanted to make this sale cause you have had this bag over a year but again, I messaged you within a minute of the accident.
