hazeyjane1 @manders627 Hi! It is approximately 22 inches long. Keep in mind that the top is sheer at the bottom for about 5 inches (same as sleeves), so, even with high-waisted pants or skirt, that part at the bottom will be sheer. It has a snap in the front at neckline and is sort of low cut. It is really cute. Hope this helps.
