This is a LuLaRoe Simply Comfortable Jade charcoal gray and blue floral athletic capri in a size small. That tag says that it is 47% nylon, 45% polyester, and 8% spandex and also 90% polyester and 10% spandex so the blue floral must have a different fabric content than the capris. They are new with the tags.
