stefreedom The length will be great, the length was great but came to my knees but I'm 5'3 but with long legs, I think the fit will be much like the picture. I was to short in torso and wear a 6 so it hung to open. I'm sorry I've been very busy havnt had a chance to measure yet. I'll do the waist lying flat again once I'm home (my sister just is having a major surgery today, the rim the dress is hung in had sometime sleeping in so I don't want to wake anyone lol. I'll try my best to get it asap

stefreedom Okay I measured before I left the house, at the part of waist where cut out is apx 14" flat with stretch, under cut out is 16" and flares into skirt.
