Hi, are these a size 9 for sure? I bought a pair of size 39 and the girl selling them said she wore a 9. I got them and they were too small and I wear an 8-8.5 in shoes and always a 9 in boots. Thank you so much for any help 😊

Just wanted to let you know I'm definitely interested and almost ready to buy them!! Do they have any nicks or marks on the heel? And you don't even have to take a video if you don't want to. The area that I was talking about that I was curious what it was is on the left boot on the on the leather to the direct left of the heel. Looks like a pin hole but could be anything!
