The Epi leather collection was first introduced by Louis Vuitton in 1985 to create a more durable and water-resistant leather suitable for daily use. It is known for its distinctive ridged or wave-like grain texture, which is embossed onto the cowhide leather. This model is a trifold compact wallet and is referred to as the “Louis Vuitton Epi Porte Monnaie Elastique.” It features an elastic strap for closure. Interior has 8 card slots, one snap pocket, and a large billfold area. Code MI0081.
