I had this done promptly at the host’s recommended place, Rago Brothers in NJ ~ during this process, the side ties cracked off. I recently had them replaced with unbranded leather ties. The ties match the honeyed vachetta leather beautifully. The cleaning and tie replacement cost me over $400. I just retired from teaching and will not need this great bag! My loss is your gain!
