@kristinaok7 I will say that I have had a few pairs of patent leather round toe Louboutins and they are a perfect medium between stiff and able to mold to your foot because once they give in, and they do, to your foot shape, they will stay that way and not get loose in time as with other types of leather. I haven't worn these so they haven't widened to my foot shape but they are definitely not narrow compared to a pointed toe model. Hope that helps!
