Lot of two short-sleeve V-neck blouses/tops by Express. Faux cuffed shirt sleeve, modest V-neck. Shirt tail hem that can be tucked in or left out. Perfect for layering under a blazer or cardigan or beautiful on their own. Not sheer. Royal blue color and kelly green in color. Please note the green top has two minor flaws: one small snag near the top left shoulder and one small snag on the back of the shirt, near the bottom. Please see photos. Very silky material: 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. Machine wash gentle, line dry.
