Measurement Guide:AU Size 24, 29.5in, 29in, 37in, 54.5in Conversion chart:AU/NZ/UK size 24=USA size 20=Europe size52. I found their sizing overly generous and being short, I found the length unflattering, but it wasn't worth the postage to return to Australia for an exchange...I included all of their size chart info from their site, but I suggest you go by measurements, not their conversion chart. Because of their generous sizing and flexible elastic/ties, IMO it could fit USA 20-24…. Third option—Judy Blue Tummy Control Cuffed Shorts, green, 2XL, NWT, lots of stretch. Paid $54. Hard to find in this color.
