This is a whimsical London print skirt by PQ DAYSUN. No tags, but will fit approximately size Small to Medium - see measurements below. Fabric is heavyweight taffeta-type material and skirt is lined. Item slips on over-the-head and has back-zip closure and elasticized waist. Approximate unstretched measurements are 28” at waist, 30” at hips, 25” in length, 62” at sweeps.
