These are the Royal High-Ney siblings from LOL Surprise Color Change: Me and Bro Series. They change by heat and cold, not by water, which is why their markings are kind of all over the place in the photos. These are basically brand new, only the dolls have been opened, none of the surprises, and the dolls have not been played with. They’ve been kept inside the balls always.
