Loft lined flutter sleeved floral dress, elastic waist with tie, size 4. Round neck with keyhole back with covered button closure. Black background with green and blue floral design. Elastic waistband with ties. The tie is slightly frayed in one little spot as shown but doesn’t show when tied . 100% polyester. Approximate measurements are pit to pit flat 18”, waist 15”, but stretchy, length from shoulder approximately 38”.
