LOFT Sleeveless Navy Floral Ruffle Blouse Size XS or small

This is a sleeveless blouse by LOFT. It is navy with vibrant blue and yellow flowers. The neck and arm openings have a slight ruffle. The front has hidden buttons about half way down. The blouse is 100% polyester and is labeled a size extra small, XS, but would fit a small.
