LOFT Ruffle White Button-Down Blouse

Elegant white button-up blouse featuring delicate accents. LOFT Clip Ruffle blouse that has been modified by removing the ruffle. There is a small quarter inch stitch at the back where a hole was mended, hardly noticeable because of the patterned textured cloth (see last photo). Otherwise in excellent condition. Tag says Women's Size XS but will fit up to a Medium because it is very loose. When laid flat, measures about 19.5 inches from armpit to armpit.
