A beloved top of mine, but ready to pass it on! Plaid, ruffle top with functional button and ties at wrists. An elevated top perfect for the office or out with the girl! Can very easily be dressed up or down. Excellent, preowned condition. No flaws but top button loop is loose. Always just safety pinned the back and it was perfect, but you could easily repair it!
