The material does not have any stretch. 55% linen, 45% viscose. New with tags condition. Waist across is about 19.5 inches and will easily stretch to 23. Hips across about 26 inches. Inseam to top of waist is about 14 inches. Inseam to bottom of pant leg is about 24 inches. Pant leg cuff measuring across is about 14.5 inches.
