LOFT Outlet wrap blouse in excellent condition, worn only twice. Navy blue, with a white and pink floral pattern. The lightweight top has a front tie closure and elastic back waistband, and the neckline is pre-sewn rather than being adjustable by tightening or loosening the tie.
