Super soft with no stains or rips. --a few worn spots where it's lighter in color and a little wear on the butt --Two spots I tried getting out – two dots by zipper (see fourth photo) and one dot on back pocket (see second to last photo) Approximate measurements when flat --Inseam is right around 26 inches (see pics) --from waistband to ankle is 36 inches.
