LOFT Keyhole Halter Dress

LOFT keyhole halter dress in black with white accents. Neck ribbon has a black and white floral pattern and can be adjusted to tie in back or front. Hidden zipper and hook closure on the side. Tag was cut out, so please see measurements below. I am normally a US 8, and this fits comfortably. The material feels like a polyester blend (thick and opaque but with lots of stretch). Approx. measurements: Armpit to armpit: 15" Length (center back to hem): 30"
