Very cute high waist pencil skirt from LOFT. The fabric is a deep, dark navy blue that looks like denim. The waist has pockets and two cute large enamel buttons as an accent. Side zip closure. Fabric has some stretch, but not a lot. In excellent condition. No stains or holes. 14.75” across waist, 19.5” length.
