Elegant midi dress with off white lace overlay on the top. Lined black skirt. Sleeveless design. Perfect for any occasion. Can be worn buttoned all the way up or with the top buttons undone. NWT but there are 2 small spots, 1 looks like a very small pulled thread. The other is a mark on the back. I’m hopeful this would come out in the wash with stain remover but I cannot guarantee that.
