LOFT Black Skirt

LOFT Black skirt with satin piping down both sides of the skirt (shown in picture 2) This skirt is a light, spring/fall transition skirt. It has POCKETS! The waist has an elastic waistband. It is a size 4 (small) but the measurements for the waist is 30". Plus, it does have the elastic band, for stretch. The length is in picture 3/22" long. This skirt is in great condition. No damage - no rips, no tears, no holes and no stains. The material is a polyester blend.
