The boots look like they were not worrn much - upper leather, rubber and LL Bean insoles all look good. Outsoles have light wear, plenty of life/use left. Please use pics for condition details. On these vintage boots, the sizing is given by code on the sole (see pic). "CM" means Women's Size 7 Medium. From online resources it is recommended to choose a size down (thick socks) - so these would work for someone who usually wears Women's Size 8 (size charts in pics).
