New but part of the box is torn on one of the cardboard flaps. includes sticker & barcode as seen in photo. Light, fun, airy, cute. I've held on to these for many, many, many years. Unsure if you can find them anymore. I hope someone will love them as much as I do. I can't remember what I paid but they were a lot. I also can't remember if they were marketed for water but they look like it. This is a good deal. I hope someone can enjoy.
