Holiday Candle Ring fits around a 4" diameter or smaller candle. Candle in picture NOT included, and is for displaying only. I can also be used around a plant in a round planter or around a vase etc. Pre-owned top of ring with bears in excellent condition. Bottom of ring is very discolored (See last picture) which can be painted or not, you really don't see the bottom when sitting on a flat surface.
